Mask Gas Filter Test

Mask filters are used in a lot of applications and in a lot of devices such as:

For the safety is important that the filters are tested for the gases of interest.

Cl2

SO2

NH3

H2S

 

 

The mask filter at the end of the pneumatical circuit is tested with a mixing compound at the desired concentration, the operator could always check the different flows of the inert gas and the toxic gas.

This system helps the mask filter producer to generate gas in a reliable and a fast way, permitting to their internal laboratory to test their different filters at different concentration and so to check the production, but also to develop new brand filter to improve the production. The aforementioned system has a dual potentiality: laboratory test and tool for the production.
