These cells are built to be used without modification, either by spectrometer’s manufacturers and by research institutes or Universities. The cells are used in the ultraviolet region, visible and infrared. The material of windows is CaF2 or Sapphire and optics are covered in gold , silver or material compatible gas to be measured.
The body cell is borosilicate glass as inert.
